Discover several vintages of IPSUS, a rare Tuscan Sangiovese produced in just 5,000 bottles a year, alongside a bespoke menu created by our chefs. Guests will also be among the first in the UK to taste a surprise from the estate.

Discover expressive wines from Italy’s dramatic mountain regions, accompanied by seasonal canapés.
The evening will feature wines from renowned producers including Cantina Kaltern, Foradori, Ferrari, Les Crêtes and Franz Haas. From refined sparkling wine and aromatic mountain whites to expressive Pinot Noir, the tasting will celebrate the diversity of Italy’s alpine vineyards and the producers who cultivate them.
12th of November | 7pm – 8.30pm
Taste and compare a festive selection of wines chosen for Christmas entertaining, gifting and seasonal celebrations. Our wine experts will present a series of carefully selected wines side by side, offering guidance on the bottles best suited to Christmas dining, entertaining and gifting.
The tasting will explore Claret alongside Concerto, Burgundy alongside Zisola, Ferrari sparkling wine alongside Champagne, Port alongside Marsala and Prosecco alongside Crémant.
10th of December | 7pm – 10pm
Indulge in the wonderful world of Champagne and White Truffle. Join us for an exquisite lunch with special guest Clémence from the House of Bruno Paillard, alongside our Head of Wine, Tariq Khan.
Enjoy an exceptional selection of Champagne, paired with a menu curated by our executive chef to honour Il Tartufo d’Alba.
