This is our transformative six day cleansing retreat, designed to leave guests feeling energised and revitalised, with a focus on digestive function and body work. What we eat has a direct impact on our overall health, energy and mood. Light menus are designed in conjunction with Petersham Nurseries and acclaimed Harley street nutritional therapist, Phoebe Liebling. Each meal will be tailored to accommodate your diet plan.
Prior to the retreat we will send you a microbiome and food intolerance test, upon arrival in beautiful Cornwall, you will have an in depth consultation with Phoebe to go through your results, discuss any issues you might be experiencing or something you might like to work on during the week. By working together, Phoebe will help you feel renewed, energised and better. Over the course of the week she will be onsite for further consultations, tweaks and changes.
This retreat is curated to allow a moment of pause from our day to day lives, in the mornings meditation will allow us to fall back into our beings, yoga allows us to connect to our bodies and breath work to release stresses hidden within. Stress has a direct impact on our gut function, as does what we eat. Understanding how to eat, what foods agree with us and what we can do to improve our microbiome is vital to our cognitive function, energy and wellbeing.
The days at Boconnoc will start with a morning meditation (you can also sleep in), followed by a grounding restorative yoga session, breathwork classes and workshops. The grounds of the estate are to be explored, there are beautiful walks and in the evening we shall gather for candle lit lectures and boardgames.
All pricing is inclusive of accommodation where applicable, but exclusive of travel. For more information and to book, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that all retreats are subject to government guidelines and restrictions.
Over the last year we have been separated from our friends and family, Letters From A Hungry Heart is a celebration of food and connectivity. Alexandra Dudley and Olly Santaro will be weaving narrative of their own letters and writings to loved ones through their menu, each dish will be presented with a sentence to inspire your own script. During out the night we invite you to write to someone who holds a piece of your heart, someone that you might have been separated from. Post them in THE GUT post box and they will be mailed out the next day. Guest will be greeted in the glasshouse of Petersham Nurseries Richmond, with an arrival drink and some letter writing motivation to get your thoughts following and tummies rumbling.
