Using the freshest ingredients, our pasta workshops are an introduction to making delicious pasta that you can recreate at home time and time again. In these intimate classes, you will learn how to make traditional dough recipes, pasta shapes including ravioli, garganelli and tagliatelle, and a number of simple Italian sauces. Made using organic eggs from our sister business, Haye Farm, the rich yolks transform the colour of the pasta.
At the end of the workshop, you will take home your freshly made pasta as well as pasta flour, Haye Farm eggs and a homemade tomato sauce to enjoy at home.
