Using the freshest ingredients, this workshop will be an introduction to making delicious pasta that you can recreate at home time and time again. Learn how to make traditional dough as well as some classic pasta shapes including ravioli, garganelli and tagliatelle. Made using organic eggs from our sister business, Haye Farm, the rich yolks transform the colour of the pasta.
After the workshop you can take home your freshly made pasta, pasta flour, Haye Farm eggs and a homemade sauce.
