Both mains are accompanied by braised endive and radicchio with sultanas, lilliput capers, Taggiasca olives and pine nuts, and cavolo nero, with a Zisola olive oil and Amalfi lemon dressing.
Complete your meal with an indulgent steamed date pudding and pouring cream, followed by Winslade cheese, pane carasau and Petersham honey from our own hives in Richmond.
