La Goccia winter cocktail recipe: Bramley Apple and Quince Sour

The fresh juice of Bramley apple combines with the flavoursome Zubrowka vodka and a splash of quince liquer. The emulsified egg white turns this sour cocktail into a delightful drink, perfect for the festive period.

Zubrowka Vodka
20 ml
Manzana Verde Liquer
50 ml
Bramley Apple Juice
5 ml
Quince Liqueur
25 ml
Lime Juice

Star Anise
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker.

Dry shake vigorously.
3.
Shake over cubed ice, then double strain into a chilled martini glass.
