Chase marmalade vodka
Staibiano Amalfi cream
Seperate the egg yolks from the whites, adding the egg whites to the smaller tin.
Combine the vodka, Amalfi cream, Cointreau and lemon juice in the large tin.
Shake all the ingredients together (without ice).
Open the the largest tin and fill with cubed ice.
Shake again vigorously.
Strain into the smaller tin, remove the ice and shake everything together.
Fine strain into a martini glass.
To garnish, place a clementine leaf on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
