Lucy Boyd was head gardener and culinary director at Petersham Nurseries in Richmond, where she worked closely with the other gardeners and chefs to create our celebrated kitchen garden. We continue to produce much of our own seasonal vegetables and salads for the Café. Kitchen Memories combines stunning, fresh photography and Lucy’s poignant memories, describing each recipe’s origins. The collection was inspired by her mother, the late Rose Gray, founder of The River Café, and the irresistible ingredient-inspired recipes are full of Lucy’s passion and knowledge of produce.
