A candlelit experience to relax your mind and body through sound and heart-opening cocoa.

About
Warm by the fire in the candlelit ballroom of Petersham House, let the aromas of Amazonian Ashaninka cocoa open your heart chakra, as you set intentions and sink into a meditative sound bath led by sound therapist, Marco Florio. Sound has been used in many ancient cultures as a tool for healing and realigning imbalances, and a sound bath is an experience of sound vibration that will be sure to help you unwind and reset.

Sound has been used in many ancient cultures as a tool for healing and realigning imbalances. A Sound Bath is an experience of sound vibration, a relaxing massage made by the waves of beautiful instruments such as Gongs, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls and other organic instruments. Marco uses a mixture of playful and deep vibrations to help unwind and realign.

Marco has achieved a Practitioner Level Diploma in Sound Therapy at the British Academy of Sound Therapy, and has attended many sound-related workshops such as Gong training with great Gong Master Don Conreaux, Mongolian Khoomii (Overtone singing) with UK's most experienced Khoomii overtone singer Michael Ormiston, and other great practitioners.
