This September THE GUT brings their Food For Thought supper club to the ICA, this month’s focus is Brain Health. The four course menu will be designed by Anna Boglione, with ingredients known to help improve your cognitive function.
Food for Thought is a rolling supperclub series that brings people together to connect over the universal joys of eating whilst engaging in conversation and the exchange of ideas. Sister company to Petersham Nurseries, THE GUT, creates fresh vibrant recipes with the highest quality ingredients.
THE GUT works alongside organic farmers, nutritionists, herbalists, chefs, yogis and other practitioners to deepen the collective conversation around holistic and sustainable methodologies via bespoke events, talks, retreats, workshops and dining experiences.
