Pasta Masterclass at La Goccia
An interactive induction to Pasta making at La Goccia.
Using the freshest ingredients, our pasta workshops are an introduction to making delicious pasta that you can recreate at home, time and time again. In these intimate classes, you will learn how to make traditional dough recipes and six different type of pastas. Made using organic eggs from our sister business, Haye Farm, the rich yolks transform the colour of the pasta.
Enjoy a glass of wine or prosecco on arrival and snack on delicious focaccia and olives through the class.
