So many of us think a great deal about what we eat to nourish ourselves, but hardly ever do we think about how we eat. Join mindfulness and happiness expert Palma Michel on a journey designed to nourish your senses. By focusing our awareness on the diversity of ingredients, where they come from and their texture and taste, we start to connect to food differently, nourishing our body, mind and heart. Being more mindful and bringing our full attention to the quality of how we eat can radically change our experience for the better.

This workshop will take place in our private glasshouse in Richmond and includes a light breakfast of fresh fruit, croissants, yogurt and granola on arrival.

Palma Michel is a qualified lawyer, mindful leadership advisor, executive coach, meditation/mindfulness teacher and thought-after public speaker. She is the Co-Founder of Profuse29 and the Head of the Executive Coaching Bench at London Meditation.

NB. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
