STOP AND RESET

We are living in pressure cooker times. In the busyness of our hectic days, it is easy to get lost in the story of what is happening in the foreground. To the extent that this is happening we can feel cut off from the present moment, cut off from inner peace and happiness. We will explore techniques that allow you to get back in touch with your inner peace that is always there in the background no matter what funk you find yourself in. Participants will be guided through a series of Mindfulness practices such as introspective exercises, guided meditations and breathing exercises.

This workshop will take place in a beautiful glasshouse set within the private gardens of Petersham House, not normally open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided on arrival.
