Maya Angelou famously said “people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Everyone has a choice to either contribute to the “us-versus-them” mentality or to contribute to making the world a better place and to create a more peaceful, caring and compassionate society. The change starts with you. This workshop explores how you can cultivate daily habits that help you become kinder and more compassionate and act as a force for good without experiencing burnout or empathy fatigue.

This workshop will take place in a beautiful glasshouse set within the private gardens of Petersham House, not normally open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided on arrival.

NB. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
