So many of us think a great deal about what we eat to nourish ourselves, but hardly ever do we think about how we eat. Join mindfulness expert Palma Michel on a journey designed to nourish your senses. By focusing our awareness on the diversity of ingredients, where they come from and their texture and taste, we start to connect to food differently, nourishing our body, mind and heart. Being more mindful and bringing our full attention to the quality of how we eat can radically change our experience for the better.

This workshop will take place in a beautiful glasshouse set within the private gardens of Petersham House, not normally open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided on arrival.

NB. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note parking is restricted in the surrounding area and we encourage our visitors to travel via alternative means of transport whenever possible.
