During this hands-on masterclass, our Pastry Chefs will show you how to create delicious macarons using a traditional Italian recipe.

About
During this interactive workshop set within the pastry section of our working kitchen, our pastry team will show you the secret of making perfect macarons.

Using organic egg whites from our sister business Haye Farm, combine egg whites with ground almonds and natural colouring to make a delicious base. Learn how to pipe and bake your macarons before sandwiching with homemade fillings.

Each guest will decorate their own macarons, and at the end of the workshop you will take home a box of your freshly made sweets, as well as the recipe so you can make these at home time and time again.

Ticket price includes all materials to take away with you. Light refreshments are provided.
