Summer Marinades and Ice Cream Workshop

Capture the best of the season as we take you through a variety of culinary techniques inspired by seasonality and superb ingredients. Our team will share their passion for growing herbs, fruit, vegetables and edible flowers and offer tips on how to compost, minimise waste and adopt a 360 degree attitude to gardening and cooking.
During this workshop you will be given the hands-on opportunity to make marinades and dry rubs to enhance flavours whilst cooking and learn how to make refreshing ice-creams and sorbets with the bounty of summer produce, some of which will have been freshly picked from our own kitchen garden. With step-by-step instructions, by the end of the day you will be equipped with the practical skills and knowledge to create delicious dishes ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining.
