Petersham Nurseries Restaurant Director, Damian Clisby, will provide an overview of the Slow Food and Flower ethos upon which our menus are based and introduce Rhiannon as she continues the conversation, highlighting the importance of enjoying a healthy, balanced, sustainable diet.

Enjoy a delicious brunch in The Petersham hosted by Rhiannon Lambert, a Registered Nutritionist specialising in weight management and sports nutrition, Rhiannon is the founder of leading Harley Street clinic Rhitrition and bestselling author of Re-Nourish: A Simple Way To Eat Well. Rhiannon’s qualified approach to nutrition and total dedication to her clients’ needs has seen Rhiannon work with some of the world’s most influential people.

Bruschetta with roast nespole, burrata & thyme
