As part of our series of wellbeing events, join mindfulness and happiness expert Palma Michel to explore different mindfulness techniques to bring you back to centre.

We are living in pressure cooker times. In the business of our hectic days, it is easy to get lost in the story of what is happening in the foreground. To the extent that this is happening we can feel cut off from the present moment, cut off from inner peace and happiness. Join mindfulness teacher, executive coach and author Palma Michel in an immersive meditative experience designed to bring you back to centre. We will explore techniques that allow you to get back in touch with your inner peace that is always there in the background no matter what situation you find yourself in. You will be guided through a series of mindfulness practices such as introspective exercises, guided meditations and breathing exercises.

Includes a light breakfast.

NB. Tickets are non-refundable.
