Cooking over open flame, Gherardo Gaetani (Baru), Fabrizio and the chefs of Petersham Nurseries create a menu shaped by the season , expressive dishes drawn from peak summer ingredients, enriched by smoke and fire.

As day turns to dusk, the atmosphere softens. Candlelight, flame and live acoustic music carry the evening forward, inviting guests to settle into the rhythm of the table.

Tickets include a seasonal welcome cocktail served in the gardens, a four-course fireside dinner with selected wines from Petersham Cellar, and live music into the evening.
