Based at Petersham Nurseries in Richmond, our horticultural team creates planted containers for a variety of outdoor spaces across London. Each planting is designed to suit its setting, taking into account the character of the property, the position of the containers, the season, and the light and exposure of the space.

From your enquiry to the finished planting, our horticultural team will guide the process and create arrangements suited to your space and the season.
1. Enquire: Send us your details, location and a short description of the space you would like planted. You can also share photographs of your existing containers, entrance, terrace, balcony or garden area.
2. Consultation: Our Head of Horticulture Byron Thomas will discuss your requirements, including the number and size of containers, their position, the amount of light, access, style preferences and seasonal priorities.
3. Planting: Byron will select seasonal plants and create your planted containers in the Petersham style, using naturalistic combinations that bring colour, texture and movement to your space.
4. Seasonal refresh: Choose a one-off seasonal planting or continue through the year with our annual subscription. Each refresh allows your containers to evolve with the season, keeping your entrance, terrace, balcony or garden feeling alive and considered throughout the year.
