Petersham Nurseries returns to Wilderness 2016 with an even bigger & more beautiful feasting tent, hosted alongside fellow restaurants Hix & Moro.
Wilderness is the multi-award winning 4-day festival combining live music, contemporary arts and an array of theatre, craftsmanship and dining experiences. Four days in a nature reserve to meet new people, meet new ideas and new experiences....

At Petersham Nurseries we believe that delicious taste and flavour comes not only from the recipes that you use, but fundamentally from the quality of the ingredients. This is why we go to great lengths to source the highest standard of seasonal produce.
We also pride ourselves in buying British wherever we can. The majority of our vegetables come from family run Haye Farm in Cornwall who grow organic produce of the highest quality. Our meat supplier, another family business, HG Walter also foll...
Regular customers and supporters will be aware in July 2009 we were granted Planning Consent by Richmond Council to continue to operate as a garden centre with café/ restaurant. This consent however prevents the sale of food for consumption on or off the premises: Tuesday to Sunday before 10.00am and after 4.30pm (on Sunday before 11.00am) and entirely on Mondays.
In February 2014 we submitted a Planning Application to be able to serve food outside these hours.

This year's Slow Food Week - now in its 5th edition - has been announced to take place from Monday 1st – Sunday 7th June. During the week, a wide range of events take place throughout the UK which showcase and promote the diversity of the Slow Food movement.
