Bordering Devon, Somerset and Dorset, Haye Farm owned and run by Harry Boglione – son of Gael and Francesco Boglione - was founded in 2014. At the forefront of supporting British farmers and an avid supporter of the Slow Food movement, Harry grows, harvests and sells only organic produce to his customers. He supplies Gloucester Old Spot pigs, chickens, rabbit, ducks and a whole host of delicious organic vegetables to our own restaurant Petersham Nurseries Café – as well as to a number of other prestigious London restaurants. For 2016 he embarks on a new project to grow our favourite British grown stems to supply our Petersham Nurseries floristry workshop series, including several varieties of beautiful dahlias - our signature Petersham flower.
